This policy explains what information Future Media collects when you use futuremediawebdesign.com and place an order, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, and the business information you provide so we can build your website. When you submit the free preview form: the contact details you enter.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use your information

To build and deliver your website, communicate about your order, and send your receipt and status updates. We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Storage

Order information is stored securely with Supabase (our database provider) and is accessible only to Future Media. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

The site itself does not use tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
