REFUND POLICY

We keep this simple: if your website has not gone live yet, you can get a full refund, no questions asked.

How it works

Every order includes a preview stage. Before your site is published, you receive a preview link to review the complete design. If you are not happy at any point before your site goes live, email us with your order number and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

After your site is live

Once your website has been published and handed over, the work has been delivered and the order is no longer refundable. Your included revision rounds are there to make sure the site is right before that happens.

Extras

Extras (rush delivery, extra pages, logo work) follow the same rule: refundable in full until the site goes live. The yearly Website Care plan can be canceled any time before its renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email futuremediasam313@gmail.com with your order number (it looks like FM-1234). Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
