TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms cover website design services purchased from Future Media (“we”, “us”) at futuremediawebdesign.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A custom designed website built to the specifications of the package you select (Launch, Business, or Premium), plus any extras in your order. Package contents, page counts, and delivery targets are listed on the order page at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Delivery timelines (48 hours to 5 days depending on package) start when we have the information we need from you: business details submitted with your order, plus any photos or text you choose to provide. If we are waiting on materials from you, the clock pauses until we receive them.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (Launch: 1, Business: 2, Premium: 3). A revision round is a consolidated list of changes submitted after reviewing your preview. Additional revision rounds beyond your package are available at $75 per round.

Ownership

Once your site is live and paid in full, you own it: the design, the content, and the code. We include one year of hosting free; after that you can move the site anywhere or continue hosting with us via the Website Care plan.

Content responsibility

You confirm that any text, images, or logos you provide are yours to use. We may decline orders containing unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, with a full refund.

Refunds

Full refund any time before your site goes live. See our Refund Policy.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
